Fed FOIA Suit Wins in Appeals  

The courts continue to agree that the Fed Must Disclose Bank Bailout Records in response to FOIA requests that today they won't even share with Congress in private hearings.  

 

Sage gold trader Jim Sinclair wisely points out, this one will go to the Supreme Court given that the Fed bailout could legally have been used not only for financial institutions but for partnerships, hedge funds and individuals.  Stay tuned!
